On this page we answer the most frequently asked questions about DAM and ordering from our webshop.

Anyone with a VAT or company number can order from us. Please send an email to shop@dam.be and a colleague will help you as soon as possible to create a login for our webshop. Do you already have a customer number? Please quote it in your email to us. Not a customer yet? If so, our customer service will of course be happy to help you.
It is not necessary to wait until a product is back in stock to order it. It is possible to place a back order and we will then send the products to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse and the order value reaches €100.
So please be sure to add products that are out of stock and which interest you to your order!
You can always request a new password by clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login page. Enter the email address for your account and we will send you an email containing the steps you need to take to resolve the issue. You will be able to log in again in next to no time.
The easiest way to find a product is on the basis of its item number. You can find it in our catalogues among others. Enter this item number in our search field to find your product quickly. Do you not know the item number? You can also search using other search terms such as “puzzle” or “dart” to find the right product, or you can navigate through the brand pages.

Not yet found what you were looking for? The product may not be available in your country. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are not sure about this and we will be happy to help you.
DAM has its own showroom in Mortsel where many of our products can be viewed. A visit is possible by appointment. Contact our sales team or a colleague from our customer service department. DAM is also present at various trade fairs where you can come and see most of our brands and all of our new products. Please find our trade fair calendar ​here​.
We regularly send our customers newsletters with, among other things, announcements about new brands, new products, trade fairs and other innovations. Are you not yet receiving these newsletters?
